We are often asked how quickly clients can expect to obtain their Certificates of Acceptance.
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Acceptance (COA) is a formal document issued by the local Council, confirming that building work complies with relevant standards and regulations.
How long does it take?
The time frame for obtaining a COA can vary depending on the complexity of the project; however, we strive to expedite the process as much as possible. Council has 20 Workings days.
What services do you offer?
- We provide assessments, remedial work lists, liaise with councils, and create compliance pathway reports to ensure your projects meet necessary requirements.
- Building design and drafting of consent documentation through to the issue of the Building Consent. Oversight during the build is available on a job by job basis.
