A Certificate of Acceptance (COA) is a formal document issued by the local Council, confirming that building work complies with relevant standards and regulations.

How long does it take?

The time frame for obtaining a COA can vary depending on the complexity of the project; however, we strive to expedite the process as much as possible. Council has 20 Workings days.
